SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal:
- • Personally provides technical services as support for accomplishing company targets
- • Personally attends all trainings as support for accomplishing company targets
- • Accountable for continuously upgrading and improving personal technical skills
- • Actively attends & participates in quarterly personal development education programs and events
Company:
- • Provides mentorship and leadership to the team members
- • Actively works to achieve weekly goals in service and retail
- • Arrives 30 mins before work to schedule daily huddles and/or monthly team meetings
- • Attends all monthly training sessions that team leader sets for them
- • Held accountable for cleaning up the area worked in at all times
- • Helps the team leader in upgrading the service areas to meet their needs
MEASUREMENTS:
- • Monthly and annual product and service sales targets are met or exceeded
- • Maintains minimum requirement for their pay level
- • Is an example for other team members
SKILLS: Communication, tracking and measuring performance, following all SOPs, professionalism including adhering to dress code, punctuality and timeliness

responder” to all guests and manage the entire process before, during and after our guests
service experience. The “First Responder” is committed to serving our guests with
additional products and services to ensure that all of their needs are met. They are a stand
for company growth and profitability. They are meticulous, conscientious and uphold all
company systems and structures. Customer service is their calling. First Responders are
world-class professionals, organized, detail oriented and effective communicators. First

The RN will be responsible for growing, expanding and performing the medical services offered at De Luxe. They will be responsible for taking continuing education courses and perfecting skills is a requirement. REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- • Must have Registered Nurse license in the state of Iowa
- • Retail Sales
- • Knowledge of all products carried by De Luxe
- • Knowledge of all services offered at De Luxe
- • Client retention is paramount
- • Dedication to the profession of nursing and medical aesthetics
- • Be at work location 30 minutes before first scheduled appointment
- • Present a fashionable image in dress and hairstyle
- • Greet clients and employees with courtesy and warmth. Leave bad attitudes at home.
- • Make clients as comfortable as possible.
